Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using Sam (the “Service”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. They are billed to you in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“billing cycle”). Billing cycles are set on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you choose inside the Service when you purchase a subscription. You can find more information about the respective subscriptions in the “Sam’s Team” Section within the Service.
Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase or after the free trial period if offered (see “Free Trial” section). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off by the user by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Your account will be charged 24 prior to the end of the current period. After purchase, you can manage your subscriptions in the App Store Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The duration and price of each subscription is displayed on the purchase screen inside the Service and updated at the time of purchase. I reserve the right to adjust the fees for the subscriptions at any time. Any change in subscription fees will become effective at the end of the then current billing cycle.

The Service may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”). You may be asked to enter your billing information to sign up for this free trial. If you enter your billing information when you register for the free trial, you will not be charged until the free trial expires. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you have cancelled your subscription, you will automatically be charged the subscription fees applicable to the subscription type you have chosen. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The following rights are reserved any time and without notice: (i) to modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by me. I have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that I shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. Please review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
I do not warrant that: a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
The service allows you to use “Sam” for the use for which it was intended. You are responsible for the data you create and share.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. My failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material I will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.
